CNC Diamond Wire Saw Machine is an equipment for cutting the block into different shapes with the CNC system, it using wire saw as cutting blades. This machine comes with computer numerical control and a four-axis linkage system, it can wire sawing various kinds of sizes of marble and granite such as arc slab, column, Roman column, numbers, letters, etc. with high processing accuracy and good quality. There is a heavy load-bearing structure on this CNC wire saw profiling machine, with high stability of two pillars, each pillar has four tracks that can adjust the balance through the roller, small friction, high precision. On the top frame of the wire saw the profiling machine is lifted synchronously through the steering device, and the screw rod is equipped with twin nuts to increase the lifting accuracy. The cantilever part adjusts the distance between the two guide wheels through the screw and the light rod. The rotation of the two guide wheels is always controlled by CNC. 

The rotation angle of the guide wheels is controlled by the reducer to achieve the same cutting direction as the wire saw. Workbench is driven by screw and pinwheel reducer motor on the national standard track. Besides, there is an automatic alarm device on the machine, with this device machine will automatically stop if the wire is breaking during the block sawing, it will increase safety for both machines and workers. The tension system of the wire saw machine is designed with high stable quality and is controlled by a hydraulic pump. The flywheels are about 1600mm diameter. The CNC diamond wire saw cutter can cut different shapes of stone by lifting the diamond wire saw and moving the table back and forth. The equipment adopts imported PLC, combined with the structural characteristics of the equipment, adopts advanced computer procedures, with a high degree of automation and high sensitivity. The slideway of the worktable adopts an oil-immersed lubrication mode, and the servo motor drives the worktable to move precisely around the slideway. The equipment can edit graphics according to the customer's requirements, and the computer can process according to the actual size of the product. The most effective way is to cut waste materials into arcs, cylinders, Roman columns, letters, numbers and other shapes of different specifications. The high degree of automation can save waste materials, reduce labor costs and reduce costs.
