1. Wire Saw Block cutting machine has a steady structure, including the top beam, two upright columns, square box, hydraulic station tension unit and two big flywheels. Left side installs a driven big flywheel and hydraulic station tension unit. Tension device controls diamond wire saw tension or loosens. Meanwhile keeps the diamond wire saw pressure. Right side installs a driving flywheel and main motor. It can control the speed of wire between 0-40m/s via the inverter. The machine can cut different kinds of stone materials.

2. This machine is controlled by a four-axis linkage CNC system. Machine lifting and trolley movement are controlled by a servo motor. Guide wheel rotating adopt step system.

3. We can write a program and set the cutting parameters in the CNC control panel. The CNC system can read the DXF files and automatically make the program when putting the U disk to the USB interface of the CNC system.

If there are any complex graphics, it can draw graphics by AutoCAD and save as DXF format.

4. Trolley move by Screw rod. The screw rod is soaked with oil in the protective cover of the screw rod(patent product).

5. The machine will stop automatically and display failure on the screen if the wire broke.

6.CNC Wire Saw Block Cutting machine has a water spray system. if no water or not enough water, the machine will automatically stop.

5. Hydraulic tension of wire in the small hydraulic station. The stone is processed by CAD/CAM. Users do not need to learn G code programming, and the automatic stop function of saw breaking is provided. The control system automatically reduces the speed when turning to make the processing more precise. The control cabinet is refrigerated by an airtight cooler. It is clean and dustless in a harsh environment.
