It is running automatically by computer and designed for profiling roman column and other shaping on marble granite. The machine is equipped with two blades with a maximum cutting length of 3000mm and a width of 1200mm. It automatically tracks model of curve(straight) line through the fiber optic probe, automatically profiles through diamond circular saws to cut stone with curve(straight) line and craft products and uses the inverter to control up and down rising and left and right feeding, and adjusts the speed according to the stone material. If choosing a rotating worktable, the profile of arc-shapes lines can be done. This machine uses PLC system, with high degree of automation and high cutting precision. It adopts double-blade design and has high cutting efficiency, high stability and convenient operation. Suitable for lines, arc-shapes lines, etc. Left and right stroke of stone profile machines are all-round and can process square pillars. Usually used to process special-shaped stone wire, plate cutting and edge grinding. 

The main motor has been changed to 11KW.At present, there are dozens of special-shaped stone profiling equipment in China, but there is still a big gap compared with Italy and other advanced equipment. In recent years, a few large stone processing enterprises in China have imported CNC special-shaped stone profile machines from Italy for complex special-shaped stone processing. The imported special-shaped processing equipment mainly includes stone processing center, horizontal CNC machine tool, vertical CNC machine tool, CNC table processing machine tool, etc. There are many processes in special-shaped stone processing. They are done by hand, especially the grinding and polishing of irregular surface, which is basically done by hand. Although there are many kinds of special-shaped processing equipments made in China, there are no truly powerful CNC machine tools.
