The process parameters include the concentration and supply of slab polishing agent, the pressure and linear velocity during polishing. Before a certain concentration, the polishing speed increases with the increase of the stone polishing agent concentration. When the concentration reaches its maximum, the polishing speed decreases with the increase of the concentration. Similarly, polishing speed is the highest when the amount of polishing agent is at a certain value, and then the polishing speed decreases if the amount of polishing agent is continuously increased. The polishing speed can be increased by increasing the polishing pressure appropriately, but the pressure is too high and the grinding effect is strengthened, which is not conducive to the formation of the glossy surface. The polishing speed depends on the speed of the polishing plate, but if the line speed is too high, the polishing agent will be thrown out, causing waste.
