If the machine is a regular type of stone profiling machine without CNC function, you just only put profiling molds on side of the machine. After this step, what we need to do is to set the blade. We will have to set the blade of left side and right side and up and down. This machine is a multi-function stone profiling equipment. It has the functions of automatic copying stone wire processing, plate cutting and so on. It can also process square pillars. 1. Lengthen the cross beam to increase the cutting width to 1200mm.

2. Increase the lifting motor to realize the electric lifting.

3. Increase the transverse motor to realize the electric transverse movement.

4. Increase the saw blade shield and the power of the main motor, and can use 400mm to 600mm saw blades, profiling slabs below 180mm, etc.

5. Increase the pulleys with different diameters and can be interchanged to adapt to the rotational speed of saw blades with different diameters.

6. To lengthen the spindle. The machine has the functions of secant and grooving.

7. The workbench of this CNC stone profiling machine is connected with the main engine on the basis of the original oil-immersed guide rail, so that the machine does not need a specific foundation to install, only needs to select a flat concrete structure ground to be placed and adjusted slightly. It is more convenient to relocate and install.

8. It is more convenient to operate by using button station control.
